CLUBHOUSE AND GRILL USE AGREEMENT

The clubhouse is for residents of The Imperial Plaza for private entertainment.  It will be available by reservations made in advance through the Tower Security desk.  Reservations shall be approved on a first come, first serve basis.  No furniture, appliance, equipment, etc. belonging to the clubhouse may be removed from its premises.

Barbecue grills are available on the recreation deck for the residents of The Imperial Plaza.  They will be available by reservations made in advance through the Tower Security desk.  Reservations shall be approved on a first come, first served basis.  Cleaning utensils belonging to the grills shall not be removed from the property.

Use of personal barbecue grills (including hibachis) is prohibited anywhere on the property of The Imperial Plaza.

Use of the clubhouse and barbecue will be permitted during the following hours:

Daily 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Reservations for the clubhouse or grills may not be made more than 60 days in advance.

Reservations for private parties will not be accepted for the following major holidays:

New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

After usage, the clubhouse, barbeque grills and/or all appliances and cooking utensils which were used will be cleaned and all garbage/trash will be wrapped up or bagged and removed by the occupants concerned.

If the clubhouse or barbecue grills are not left in a clean and ready to use condition, a fine of $50.00 for the clubhouse and $25.00 for each barbeque grill will be assessed against the unit owner’s maintenance fees.

Clubhouse users have the right to be present during inspection of the clubhouse after use. Inspections will be held either by appointment made in advance, or on the first business day following the reservation.

I have read and understand the rules governing the use of the clubhouse facilities and/or the barbeque grills.  If any property of the clubhouse is found missing or damaged, or if the barbeque grills or utensils are found damaged after use, I will be liable for repair and/or replacement of said property.
